The HFA 2019-70-50U deep full-size steam table pan is made of aluminum, is disposable, has a curled rim, and can be carried to a steam table and used to hold and serve food. Aluminum weighs less than steel, can support hot or cold foods, and can be recycled. The curled rim provides rigidity and can be held or gripped. The top of the steam table pan measures 20-3/4 x 12-13/16 inches on the outside (L x W) and 19-9/16 x 11-5/8 inches on the inside. (L is length, the horizontal distance from front to back; W is width, the horizontal distance from left to right.) The bottom measures 17-3/4 x 9-13/16 inches. The pan has a vertical depth of 3-3/16" and a capacity of 343 oz.Disposable food service products are used to store, insulate, transport, prepare, and serve food and drink.
